Payments for the Festival Activities

Recommended contributions for all the workshops and milongas, according to the period of payment, are as follows:

01/03 - 15/04/2018: 35 eur/day of the Festival

16/04 – 31/5/2018: 45 eur/day of the Festival

01/06 – 14/07/2018: 55 eur/day of the Festival

On the first day of the Festival – 10th July 2018 – when we offer a warm-up, welcome milonga, the recommended contribution is 15 eur, regardless of the payment date.

If you decide to join the Festival last minute (for example, on 12th July), and have not made the advance payments, your payment will be made on-the-spot.

Trips into the nature (if there are costs - such as ticket for the cave visit or transport, for example) are not included into this price!

You can stay for one or more days. Please make sure that, together with the payment, you have filled in and submitted the Registration Form so that we have information about your accommodation needs and dates!

Also note that accommodation is paid separately, directly to the accommodation provider.

Tango Experiential Festival (TEF) is organized by the association Može i drugačije ('It could be different'), a non-profit organisation financed solely through contributions, donations and annual fees of its members. TEF is therefore a "members only" event. By registering for TEF you confirm your voluntary application for membership in the Association for one month and accept the Statute of the Association.

The details, obligations, and rights of the Association Members, as well as methods of starting and cancelling a Membership, are explained in the Association Statute, available online and in written form by request.

 

By Croatian Law, we are required to collect and process some personal data from members. The personal data collected about the Member is used only by the Association and is never transferred, sold or exchanged with anyone except for the membership processing purposes.

At the registration desk, you will get all the information and forms regarding the Association and membership, as well as recieve your membership bracelet for the entrance to the Festival.

Example 1:

If you are arriving on 10th July (first day of the Festival) and plan to leave on the 16th July in the morning, and you make your payment on the 1st April, the calculation is as follows:

10th July -1st day of the Festival - only milonga - 15 eur

11th July - full pass - 35 eur

12th July - full pass - 35 eur

13th July - full pass - 35 eur

14th July - full pass - 35 eur

15th July - departure

Total payment due: 155 eur

Payment for the accommodation is made separately, directly to the provider of the accommodation.

Example 2:

If you are arriving on the 12th July (third day of the Festival), and plan to leave on the 14th July in the evening, and you make your payment on the 1st June, the calculation is as follows:

12th July - full pass - 55 eur

13th July - full pass - 55 eur

14th July - full pass - 55 eur

Total payment due:165 eur

Payment for the accommodation is made separately, directly to the provider of the accommodation.

CANCELATION POLICY:

For bookings cancelled in the following periods, the following re-fund policy applies:

16.6. - 10.7. no refund

21.5. - 15.6. - 50% refund

25.4. - 20.5. - 80% refund

prior to 25.4. - 100% refund

the bank transfers are covered by the participants.
